Description
PD180970 is a Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits p210Bcr-Abl with an IC50 value of 5 nM and induces apoptosis in Bcr-Abl-expressing leukemic cells. It is relevant to leukemia signaling and kinase inhibitor research.
