A 770041 is a selective and orally active Lck Src-family kinase inhibitor with reported activity of 147 nM against Lck at 1 mM ATP.
Lck initiates T-cell receptor signaling and controls early phosphorylation events in adaptive immune activation. A 770041 is useful for studying T-cell signaling and Lck selectivity, with approximately 300-fold selectivity over Fyn in reported assays.
