Description
CGI 1746 is a potent and highly selective Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor with reported IC50 activity of 1.9 nM. It inhibits BTK-dependent B-cell receptor signaling and downstream functional responses.
BTK is essential for B-cell activation, survival and immune receptor signal transduction. CGI 1746 is useful for studying BTK pharmacology in B-cell signaling, autoimmune disease models and hematologic malignancy research.
