Description
LY 2874455 is a potent pan-FGFR inhibitor with reported IC50 values of 2.8 nM, 2.6 nM, 6.4 nM and 6 nM for FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 and FGFR4, respectively. It blocks FGFR autophosphorylation and downstream FGF signaling.
FGFR signaling controls proliferation, survival, angiogenesis and developmental pathways and is frequently dysregulated in cancer. LY 2874455 is useful for studying pan-FGFR blockade in tumor, vascular and receptor tyrosine kinase models.
