Description
PF 3654746 is a potent, selective and orally active histamine H3 receptor antagonist with a reported human H3 receptor Ki value of 2.3 nM.
H3 receptors function as presynaptic auto- and heteroreceptors that restrain release of histamine and other neurotransmitters. PF 3654746 is used to investigate arousal, cognition, attention and allergic responses associated with H3 receptor blockade.
