Description
Imetit dihydrobromide is a potent and specific histamine H3 receptor agonist.
H3 receptors function as presynaptic autoreceptors and heteroreceptors that reduce histamine and other neurotransmitter release. Imetit is used to activate H3 signaling and investigate histaminergic control of CNS neurotransmission.
