Description
PIK 75 hydrochloride is a p110α-selective PI3K inhibitor with reported IC50 values of 7.8 nM for p110α, 343 nM for p110β and 907 nM for p110δ.
PI3K p110α is a central driver of growth factor signaling, insulin response, AKT activation and oncogenic pathway output. PIK 75 is used to study PI3Kα-dependent signaling and isoform selectivity.
