Description
KU-55933 is a potent, selective and ATP-competitive ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) kinase inhibitor with a reported Ki value of 2.2 nM and IC50 value of 13 nM.
ATM coordinates DNA double-strand-break signaling, checkpoint activation and repair. KU-55933 is a benchmark compound for suppressing ATM-dependent phosphorylation and evaluating DNA-damage responses, radiosensitivity and genome-stability mechanisms.
