Description
Lj-1-60 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor targeting Fyn protein kinase. Lj-1-60 inhibited melanoma proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest into the G2/M phase and apoptosis by targeting Fyn/Stat3 pathway. Lj-1-60 markedly reduced cell viability in a time- and dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 1.65 µM (Sk-Mel-5) and 1.36 µM (Sk-Mel-28), respectively. Also, the IC50 value of Lj-1-60 in melanocyte cells PIG1 was 3.9 µM.
