Description
NU 7441 is a potent, selective and ATP-competitive DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) inhibitor with a reported IC50 value of 13 nM and more than 100-fold selectivity over related kinases.
DNA-PK is a core component of non-homologous end joining and repairs DNA double-strand breaks. NU 7441 is a benchmark inhibitor for DNA repair, radiosensitization and the interaction between DNA-PK activity and cell-cycle responses.
