Description
HU 308 is a potent and highly selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist with a reported Ki value of 22.7 nM at CB2 and negligible CB1 affinity at concentrations below 10 µM.
Selective CB2 activation enables investigation of cannabinoid effects in immune, inflammatory, vascular and tissue-protection pathways without strong CB1-mediated psychoactivity. HU 308 is a standard reference agonist for peripheral cannabinoid pharmacology.
