Description
SP 600125 is a reversible ATP-competitive inhibitor of c-Jun N-terminal kinases JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3. It suppresses JNK-dependent phosphorylation and stress-activated MAPK signaling.
JNK signaling regulates inflammatory gene expression, apoptosis, neuronal stress responses and cellular adaptation to cytokines or damage. SP 600125 is a widely used reference inhibitor for investigating JNK pathway biology.
