Description
TTP 22 is a potent ATP-competitive casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor with reported IC50 and Ki values of 0.1 μM and 40 nM, respectively.
CK2 is a constitutively active serine/threonine kinase involved in cell survival, proliferation, DNA repair and transcriptional control. TTP 22 is used to study CK2-dependent phosphorylation and pathway biology.
