Description

AZ 628 is a selective RAF kinase inhibitor with reported IC50 values of approximately 30 nM for BRAF V600E and wild-type CRAF.

RAF kinases connect RAS activation to MEK/ERK signaling and are frequent drivers of oncogenic MAPK pathway activation. AZ 628 is useful for studying RAF inhibition, BRAF-mutant tumor biology and RAF-dependent feedback within the MAPK cascade.
