Description
DR 2313 is a potent poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor with reported neuroprotective effects in acute injury models.
PARP enzymes respond to DNA damage and can contribute to NAD+ depletion, oxidative stress injury and inflammatory cell death when overactivated. DR 2313 is useful for investigating PARP-dependent mechanisms in neuroprotection and stroke-related research.
