Description
SEW 2871 is a potent, cell-permeable and selective sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1/S1PR1) agonist with an EC50 value of 13 nM.
S1P1 regulates lymphocyte egress, endothelial barrier function and vascular signaling. SEW 2871 is useful for evaluating S1P1-selective receptor activation without activation of S1P2, S1P3, S1P4 or S1P5 at concentrations up to 10 μM.
