Description
RP 001 hydrochloride is a short-acting, highly potent sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1/S1PR1) agonist with reported EC50 activity of 9 pM. It provides picomolar activation of S1P1 receptor signaling.
S1P1 regulates lymphocyte trafficking, vascular barrier function and immune-cell egress from lymphoid tissues. RP 001 is useful for studying transient S1P1 receptor activation and immune trafficking pharmacology.
