Description
Shz-1 is a cardiogenic stem cell differentiating agent that induces Nkx2.5 and additional cardiac markers associated with cardiac lineage commitment.
Small-molecule induction of cardiac fate is relevant for regenerative biology and myocardial repair research. Shz-1 is used to study pharmacological promotion of cardiomyogenic differentiation in stem cell and progenitor cell models.
