Description
SB 207499 (Cilomilast) is a selective and orally active phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor.
PDE4 inhibition increases intracellular cAMP and can suppress inflammatory signaling in immune and airway cells. SB 207499 is useful for research on respiratory inflammation, cAMP-dependent signaling and PDE4-targeted anti-inflammatory pharmacology.
