PELI1/EGFR disruptor S62 is a potent disruptor of Pelino-1 (PELI1) and EGFR. S62 effectively repressed breast cancer metastasis as indicated by the reduced migration and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro and in vivo. Also, S62 enhanced the sensitivity of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
