Description
TRULI is a highly potent, ATP-competitive LATS1/2 inhibitor. It inhibits LATS kinases and may promote YAP-dependent proliferation in postmitotic mammalian tissues.
By targeting LATS1 and LATS2, TRULI is used as a tool compound for research on Hippo pathway signaling, YAP activity, tissue regeneration, and kinase-dependent control of cell proliferation.
