Description
GA-017 is the first potent LATS1/2 inhibitor that exhibits sufficient growth-promoting effect on a variety of cell types under 3D conditions. GA-017 inhibited the activity of large tumor suppressor kinase 1 and 2 (LATS1/2), components of the Hippo pathway that mediate phosphorylation of YAP/TAZ, with IC50 values of 4.10 nM and 3.92 nM for LATS1 and LATS2, respectively.
