Description
BMS 270394 is a nuclear retinoic acid receptor gamma (RARγ) agonist and the more active R-enantiomer of BMS 189961 (Axon 1194). It is useful for studying RARγ-selective transcriptional signaling.
Retinoic acid receptors regulate gene expression programs involved in development, differentiation, epithelial biology and immune function. BMS 270394 enables investigation of RARγ-mediated activity and enantiomer-dependent retinoid pharmacology.
