Description
CH 55 is a potent retinoic acid receptor (RAR) agonist that activates retinoid-responsive nuclear receptor signaling.
RARα, RARβ and RARγ regulate gene expression programs controlling cell differentiation, development, epithelial biology and proliferation. CH 55 is useful for studying retinoid receptor activation and differentiation-related transcriptional responses.
