Description
LE 135 is a β-selective retinoic acid receptor antagonist with preference for RARβ-mediated signaling.
RARβ regulates retinoid-dependent gene expression involved in differentiation, development and epithelial cell biology. LE 135 is used to block RARβ responses and distinguish receptor subtype contributions within retinoid signaling.
