Description
I-OMe-Tyrphostin AG 538 is a potent insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) inhibito with an IC50 value of 3.4 µM (in vitro IGF-1R autophosphorylation). Moreover, I-OMe-Tyrphostin AG 538 inhibits the activation of the downstream targets PKB and Erk2.
