Description
SBI-810 is a β-arrestin biased, orally bioavailable, and CNS-penetrant Neurotensin Receptor 1 (NTR1) allosteric modulator. SBI-810 can effectively alleviate acute and chronic pain in rodent models via peripheral and central modulation and also mitigate opioid withdrawal effects.
