Description
FSEN1 is an uncompetitive FSP1 inhibitor that sensitizes cancer cells to ferroptosis with an IC50 value of 313 nM. Moreover, FSEN1 synergizes with GPX4 inhibitors and endoperoxide-based ferroptosis inducers.
