Description
IITZ-01 is a potent lysosomotropic autophagy inhibitor which has single-agent antitumor efficacy in triple-negative breast cancer in vitro and in vivo. Screening against the growth of cancer cell lines MCF-7, MDAMB-231, PC-3, DU-145, HT-29 and HGC-27 gave IC50 values of 1.0 µM, 1.5 µM, 0.8 µM, 1.0 µM, 1.1 µM, 0.8 µM, respectively.
