Description
CU-T12-9 is a selective toll-like receptor TLR1/TLR2 agonist that promotes formation and signaling of the TLR1/2 heterodimer. It activates NF-κB-dependent innate immune responses without promoting TLR2/6 complex formation.
TLR1/2 recognizes bacterial lipopeptide-like signals and drives cytokine production, inflammatory transcription and host-defense activation. CU-T12-9 is useful for studying TLR heterodimer selectivity and synthetic activation of innate immune signaling.
