Description
ML 161 is an allosteric protease-activated receptor 1 (PAR1) inhibitor that blocks PAR1-mediated platelet activation with nanomolar potency.
PAR1 is a thrombin-activated GPCR that controls platelet activation, vascular signaling and inflammatory responses. ML 161 is useful for studying allosteric PAR1 pharmacology and thrombin receptor-dependent platelet function.
