Description
Estetrol is a natural estrogenic ligand with affinity for both estrogen receptor α (ERα) and estrogen receptor β (ERβ), with reported Ki values of 4.9 nM and 19 nM, respectively.
Estetrol (E4) is used to study estrogen receptor signaling with a distinct pharmacological profile compared with other endogenous estrogens. It is relevant to endocrine, reproductive and tissue-selective estrogen response research.
