Description
DPN is a selective estrogen receptor beta (ERβ, ESR2) agonist for activation of ERβ-mediated transcriptional signaling.
ERβ regulates endocrine, neuronal, inflammatory and proliferative responses with functions distinct from ERα. DPN is a widely used ERβ-selective agonist for dissecting estrogen receptor subtype biology.
