Description
CXCR3 Antagonist 6c (compound 6c) is a potent CXCR3 chemokine receptor antagonist with an IC50 value of 60 nM in a calcium mobilization assay.
CXCR3 regulates T-cell trafficking in response to interferon-inducible chemokines including CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11. CXCR3 Antagonist 6c is useful for studying chemokine-driven immune-cell migration and inflammatory disease mechanisms.
