Description
SB 265610 is a potent allosteric CXCR2 antagonist/inverse agonist that blocks chemokine-driven receptor activation.
CXCR2 mediates neutrophil recruitment and inflammatory responses downstream of ELR-positive CXC chemokines. SB 265610 is useful for investigating neutrophil chemotaxis, inflammatory cell trafficking and allosteric chemokine receptor pharmacology.
