Description
A1B1 hydrochloride is a potent and orally active chemokine CCR1 receptor antagonist. It is used to block CCR1-mediated leukocyte trafficking and inflammatory chemokine signaling.
CCR1 is involved in monocyte, macrophage and neutrophil recruitment during inflammatory and immune responses. A1B1 hydrochloride is relevant for chemokine receptor pharmacology and inflammation pathway research.
