Description
NVP-LDE225 (Sonidegib) is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable Smoothened (SMO) antagonist with reported IC50 value of approximately 50 nM.
SMO inhibition blocks Hedgehog pathway activation upstream of GLI transcriptional responses. NVP-LDE225 is useful for studying Hedgehog-dependent tumor growth, developmental signaling and resistance mechanisms in SMO-driven cancer models.
