Description
CDIBA is a potent and selective inhibitor of cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2).
cPLA2 catalyzes arachidonic acid release from membrane phospholipids, initiating prostaglandin, leukotriene and other eicosanoid pathways. CDIBA is useful for investigating lipid mediator production and cPLA2-dependent inflammatory signaling.
