Description
CNF 2024 (BIIB-021) is an orally active Hsp90 inhibitor used to disrupt heat shock protein 90 chaperone function.
Inhibiting Hsp90 promotes degradation of client proteins that drive proliferation, survival and stress adaptation in tumor cells. CNF 2024 is useful for research on chaperone-dependent oncogenic signaling and pharmacological modulation of proteostasis.
