Description
HMC-H8 is a potent and highly selective HPK1 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1.11 nM. HMC-H8 exhibited robust inhibition of p-SLP 76 (IC50 value of 283.0 nM) and promotion IL-2 release (EC50 value of 157.08 nM), and INF-γ production in a dose-dependent manner in vitro assays.
