Description
Iclepertin is a potent, selective and orally active glycine transporter 1 (GlyT-1) inhibitor with IC50 values of 5.2 nM and 5.0 nM in rat primary neurons and human SK-N-MC cells, respectively. In addition, no activity of Iclepertin against the related glycine transporter, GlyT-2, was demonstrated nor against other off-targets.
