Description
MLAF50 is the first inhibitor of REV1 UBM2-ubiquitin interaction with a Kd value of 37 µM for REV1 UBM binding affinity. Moreover, MLAF50 inhibits chromatin localization of REV1 in cells after damaging DNA.
