Description
Rbin-1 (ribozinoindole-1) is a potent, reversible inhibitor of the AAA+ ATPase Midasin (Mdn1), showing a GI of 136 nM in wild-type cells. It successfully blocks eukaryotic ribosome assembly.
Rbin-1 is a chemical probe that supports mechanistic investigations into Midasin- and ATP-dependent pathways in cellular and translational research models.
