Description
SPD 304 is a cell-permeable inhibitor of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) signaling with reported IC50 values of 22 µM for TNF-α inhibition and 4.6 µM for inhibition of TNF-α-induced IκBα depletion in HeLa cells.
TNF-α is a central inflammatory cytokine that activates NF-κB and cell-death signaling through TNF receptor pathways. SPD 304 is useful for probing small-molecule disruption of TNF-driven inflammatory signaling.
