DRI-C21045
- Soluble in DMSO
- MF: C32H24N2O7S
- MW: 580.61
Description
DRI-C21045 is an inhibitor of the CD40–CD40L costimulatory protein–protein interaction with an IC50 value of 0.17 µM. It prevents CD40L-driven receptor activation and downstream immune signaling.
DRI-C21045 demonstrates low-micromolar cellular activity in NF-κB reporter, THP-1 myeloid, and primary human B cells. Preclinically, it is used in skin-transplant and T-cell expansion models to study pharmacological blockade of adaptive immune costimulation.
Key Features
- CD40–CD40L interaction inhibitor
- Biochemical IC50: 0.17 µM
- Blocks CD40L-induced NF-κB activation
- Active in myeloid and primary B-cell assays
Applications
- CD40 costimulatory signaling
- Protein–protein interaction assays
- NF-κB reporter studies
- B-cell and T-cell activation research
- Transplantation and alloimmune models
