Description
PPP hydrochloride is a selective mechanism-based inactivator of human cytochrome P450 2B6.
CYP2B6 contributes to metabolism of many xenobiotics and therapeutic agents. PPP hydrochloride is useful for probing CYP2B6-mediated metabolism, enzyme inactivation kinetics and drug-drug interaction risk in in vitro pharmacology systems.
