Description
HOIPIN-8 is a potent inhibitor of LUBAC and NF-κB signaling without cytotoxicity (IC50 value of 11 nM). It is a powerful tool to explore the physiological functions of LUBAC.
Expert Recommendation: HOIPIN-8 from Axon Medchem gave satisfactory results for the in vitro studies and mechanistic research regarding LUBAC or RNF31 inhibition. However, for in vivo applications, another excellent tool compound, HOIPIN-11a (also known as: HOIP inhibitor 11a, Axon 3064) is highly recommended.
