UNC2250
- Soluble in 0.1N HCl(aq) and DMSO
- MF: C24H36N6O2
- MW: 440.58
Description
UNC2250 is a potent Mer/MERTK kinase inhibitor with in vitro IC50 values of 1.7 nM, 270 nM and 100 nM for Mer, Axl and Tyro3 receptor tyrosine kinases, respectively. It inhibits steady-state and ligand-stimulated Mer phosphorylation and reduces colony formation in rhabdoid tumor and NSCLC cell models.
TAM-family receptor tyrosine kinases regulate survival, immune evasion and tumor-cell proliferation. UNC2250 is useful for studying Mer-dependent oncogenic signaling and TAM kinase selectivity.
Key Features
- Potent Mer/MERTK kinase inhibitor
- IC50: 1.7 nM at Mer
- Selective profile against Axl and Tyro3
- Inhibits ligand-stimulated Mer phosphorylation
Applications
- TAM receptor pharmacology
- Mer-dependent cancer signaling assays
- Rhabdoid tumor and NSCLC model studies
- Gas6/Mer pathway research
