Description
UNC569 is a potent, reversible and ATP-competitive Mer receptor tyrosine kinase (MerTK/MERTK) inhibitor with reported IC50 activity of 2.9 nM. It inhibits Mer activation and downstream ERK1/2 and AKT signaling.
MerTK is a TAM-family receptor involved in efferocytosis, survival signaling, immune regulation and cancer progression. UNC569 is useful for studying Mer-dependent signaling in leukemia, brain tumor and immune-oncology models.
Key Features
- Potent MerTK inhibitor
- Reported IC50: 2.9 nM
- Reversible ATP-competitive inhibition mechanism
- Blocks Mer-driven ERK1/2 and AKT signaling
Applications
- MerTK kinase assays
- TAM receptor signaling studies
- Leukemia and brain tumor models
- Immune-oncology pathway research
