Description
Fedovapagon is a potent and selective vasopressin V2 receptor agonist with a reported EC50 value of 24 nM. It produces antidiuretic effects and has been studied in the context of nocturia and renal water-balance regulation.
The vasopressin V2 receptor regulates collecting-duct water reabsorption through cAMP signaling and aquaporin trafficking. Fedovapagon is relevant for renal pharmacology and antidiuretic mechanism studies.
